Are yours bouquets eatable?

Absolutely! All of the ingredients, except flowers are eatable. 

Please check allergy/safety information before the order.

How long the bouquet is going to last?

It is going to last as long as any of it's fruits and vegetables out of the bouquet. In the fridge it is going to last longer. But we would recommend to take a bunch of pictures with it and eat it the same day!

Do you do wedding bouquets?

Yes, we do! Any of our bouquets might be a wedding one. We also do weddings decorations for those who want to surprise their guests :)

Do you do customized bouquets?

Definitely, contact us to discuss ingredients and size of your unique bouquet. We are more than happy to make a very special one for you.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Every bouquet is made just for you, we do not have them in stock. We want your bouquet to be fresh and beautiful, it takes time to make it perfect, that is why we recommend all our clients to make minimum 24 hours pre-order. 

During busy holiday time periods like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Ester etc, we would ask you to place your order further in advance. 

For the same day order please contact us directly. 

I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?

Please contact us as quickly as possible with your order number, so we could make a change before the delivery.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of Delicious Blossom products, it is not possible to “return” the product therefore we do not offer refund or exchange after purchase is made. We guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality and freshness of our beautiful bouquets. 

Will you send me an email to confirm my order?

Once you have confirmed your order and made your payment through our secured system, we will send you an email to summarize your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. PayPal option is also available and is very secure. 

When is my credit/debit card will be charged?

Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

 

DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the the whole Ottawa area.

What delivery options do you have?

We offer local hand-delivery service for $15 with no minimum purchase, as well as self pickup which is FREE.

Where can I pickup my order?

Our pickup location address is 1833 Riverside Dr, Ottawa, ON, K1G 0E8.

Can I choose a time frame for my flower delivery?

Yes, you can! Please add a note to your order with a day and a time, which works for you.

Monday to Friday we deliver from 9am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 7pm.

Do you offer same day delivery?

For the same day delivery please contact us directly, we will do our best to accommodate.
